Project Information

The work includes the construction of approximately 2,060 feet of 12-inch ductile iron water main installation, approximately 160 feet of 6-inch water service lines, valves, vaults, fire hydrants, pavement patching, concrete sidewalk removal and replacement, concrete curb and gutter removal and replacement, restoration, and all other incidental work.

Construction Limits

The project starts at the entrance to Arbor Drive from Algonquin Road, then east and south approximately 2, 060 feet, ending near the retaining wall for the I-53 ramp

Work This Week:

This week the City’s contractor, Patnick Construction, will be working along the east leg of Arbor Drive in front of the parking lot of the apartments. The Contractor will be placing “Road Closed to Thru Traffic” signs north and south of the work area. The public is urged to use alternative routes to avoid the construction work to avoid delays.
