The work includes the construction of approximately 1,826 feet of 12-inch ductile iron water main installation, approximately 160 feet of 6-inch water service lines, valves, vaults, fire hydrants, pavement patching, concrete curb and gutter removal and replacement, restoration, and all other incidental work.
The project starts at the entrance to Arbor Drive from Algonquin Road, then eat and south and west approximately 1,826 feet, ending near the 4714 building on Arbor Drive.
Weekly Project Updates:
Week of June 29: This week the contractor prepared for roadway restoration and general site cleanup.
Week of July 6: The City’s Contractor will be completing pavement restoration along the project limits on Wednesday (7/8) and Thursday (7/9). The public is asked to continue to be patient when driving near the construction zone and to take advantage of the Arbor Drive loop that offers alternative routes to avoid the construction activities.
