Project Information

The Sanitary and Storm Sewer Rehabilitation Pipe Lining Project is essential to utility operations and enables the City to meet the minimum mandated requirements established by the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District (MWRD) for infiltration. Pipe lining allows a pipe liner to be insert into the sewer pipe and expand and hardened in place to create a new pipe within the existing pipe. It seals any infiltrations as well as
