The City of Rolling Meadows is seeking qualified and interested contractors to provide landscape maintenance services, for a multi-year contract starting with the 2023 season.

Please find enclosed a proposal packet for landscape maintenance services. The packet contains the 2023 Landscape Site List, proposal specifications, and Contractor Questionnaire Pate.  Proposals will be received a the Rolling Meadows Public Works Department until 11:00 AM on Friday, February 17, 2023, at 3900 Berdnick St, Rolling Meadows, IL, 60008.  The City, at its sole discretion reserves the right to accept or reject, any and all proposal, which is determined to be in the best interest of the City.

Proposal forms and the site map packet are available for download on the City Website (https://www.cityrm.org/Bids.aspx).
