A free clinic on power of attorney and short-term guardianship will be held on Friday, November 15, 2024, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at City Hall (Second Floor), 3600 Kirchoff Rd., Rolling Meadows, IL 60008. Participants can complete the necessary documents for designating someone for power of attorney (medical and/or financial) and/or temporary legal guardianship.
