Walmart- located at 1460 Golf Rd (847) 734-0456 in Rolling Meadows, and PAPA Saverio’s Pizzeria- located at 2158 Plum Grove Rd (847) 963-0088 in Rolling Meadows is DONATING this years prizes!
The top 3 houses that are picked by the Chief of Police will receive a DONATED prize from BOTH Walmart and PAPA Saverio’s Pizza!
The 2 runner ups will receive a prize DONATED from PAPA Saverio’s Pizzeria!
The Chief of Police also has a special prize he will be handing out to the top 5!
The houses that we have seen and that are being sent via Facebook Messenger or at rollingmeadowspolice@gmail.com are absolutely incredible. Keep them coming and we will continue to try our best to keep taking those photographs when we can. (Call volume is a factor).
THE BEST WAY to make sure you are in the competition is to email us a night time photo of your decorated house or send it through Facebook Messenger. If we have already been by your house, spoke to you, and took a picture. It is not necessary for you to email us a photo. If we HAVE NOT been by your house then please send us one using the above mentioned methods.
Everyone has until December 26th 2015 at 11pm to submit a photo. At that time no more houses will be considered, the contest will close, and the results will be revealed sometime before New Year’s Day!
REMINDER:
Facebook Likes will ONLY get your home to be viewed by the Chief. He will then have the top 5 houses that have the most likes placed in front of him and HE will decide the winner of the competition. The LIKES only get your house viewed. Therefore, it is important for you to share your post with your friends and have them help you get those likes!!
The winners will then be notified in their house post that they are one of the top 5 houses and will be asked to contact the police department to provide their personal information to receive the prize that was won. (Again, for our records only).
