Rolling Meadows Mayor Tom Rooney swore in the new Chief of Police of Rolling Meadows, John Nowacki. Chief Nowacki started April 11, but was officially sworn in as the new Chief at the City Council meeting in front of his peers, family, and his new family of Rolling Meadows Officers and staff.
