About the Organization

The Community Investment Corporation (CIC) is Chicagoland’s leading multifamily rehab lender providing a reliable source of financing for the acquisition, rehabilitation, and preservation of rental housing. CIC is certified by the U.S. Treasury Department as a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) and is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. They provide financing to buy and rehab apartment buildings in the 6-county Chicago area. CIC also provides property management training, assistance, and advice to property owners to ensure the long-term success of their real estate investments.

Fundamentals of Property Management Training

This training provides landlords with the knowledge to better market, manage, and maintain a residential rental property.
