The Planning and Zoning Commission maintains seven members and has a four year term of office.  Here are are some of the types of requests that will require a public hearing before the Plan Commission:

  • Planned Development
  • Rezoning
  • Sign Appeal
  • Special Use
  • Subdivision of Property
  • Text Amendment

Recommendation(s) from the Plan Commission will be forwarded to the City Council for final decision.
