The locations were identified as part of routine televised inspections that are performed annually to meet MWRD mandates. As part of those inspections, and to target repairs that coincide with scheduled road reconstruction and resurfacing projects. The three location are 3501, 3609, 3611, Wilke Rd.
Construction Limits:
This is the dead end on Wilke Rd. and will primarily effect the north end and Killarney Ct.
Weekly Project Updates:
Pre con took place on Tuesday the 9th of September. Contractor will start the week of the 15th and should be about 2 weeks to install clean outs and make repairs to sanitary main and laterals. Then it will be restoration of parkways including driveways and sidewalks if needed.
Week of 9/15/25 Contractor has installed three 6" clean outs and completed all three main and lateral repairs by end of day 9/17/2025. Restoration of parkways and driveway will take place the following days into next week.
Week of 9/22/2025 parkway seed and blanket down along with asphalt driveway completed.
